condiments like black garlic ketchup or gochujang ketchup to further
communicate “premium” to customers. Globally-inspired spins on
burgers can also lend them a premium connotation – think, for
instance, Mediterranean-inspired burgers featuring yogurt-based
spreads like tzatziki or whipped feta.
